Few days ago, on February 16th, Alberta Premier stated that 2 new immigration streams will be added to the province newcomer programs which are designed to encourage skilled and talented professionals from around the world to live in rural Alberta communities

In the last couple of years we experience a spike in students and visitor visa refusals. We have also received unreasonable refusal reasons on the templated letter. A recent federal case against Canada immigration revealed silent incorporation of a new electronic system to deal with batches of applications called Chinook.
